Turkish Delight

This land is sacred. This land is ancient.

Humanity’s first city rose here.

The first template build here.

Before the Egyptian Pyramids, before the Stonehenge, before kings and empires, before writing, before everything.

This land is the zero point in time.

This is where everything is all started.

For millennia, empires have risen and fallen like tides.

The mighty Hittites, the enigmatic Phrygians, the Lydians with their first coin, the storytellers of Greece, the empire builders of Rome, the guardians of Byzantium, the Seljuks with their soaring minarets, and the Ottomans weaving worlds together.

And finally, modern Turkey, born from the vision of Atatürk.

Each left behind layers of belief, craft, language, and memory. A mosaic of human spirit etched deep into this soil. This soil didn’t merely witness history, it shaped it.

This collection begins with that memory.

Seven contemporary objects, representing the seven regions of modern Turkey, yet carrying the weight of this ancient land’s history: a simit, a Sahmaran carved on a copper tray, a tulip-shaped glass of Turkish tea, Turkish coffee served in a hand-painted porcelain, a crispy baklava, a hand-woven carpet and a traditional ceramic tile plate.

Moreover, Turkish Delight is born from my own return. After years abroad, I came back home. Patient and wise like a mother, this land remembers all of its children and offers a home those who wander.

One memory. One land.

All drawn in pencil. Preserved on paper.

This is a deeply personal collection, yet it tells the story of a nation’s shared memory.

I am proudly presenting you The Turkish Delight Collection.

*Drop 1 releases the first four pieces from the seven piece collection.
