Here they say “A single cup of coffee is remembered for forty years.”  Its like a line from a an ancient tale.

Bitter, strong, and tiny.

A centuries old Ottoman tradition.

Afterall, Turks opened the world’s first coffeehouse in 1475.

Brewed slowly, crowned with bubbles, sipped with a delight, and finished with a mystery.

Before serving, a question arises: How?

And there will be three choices.

Sade (plain), orta (middle), şekerli (sweet).

Your mood and taste decide.

When your coffee is finished you turn your tiny cup upside down and the fortune telling begins.  Reading the coffee grounds like an ancient script, they tell a story of what is yet to come.  And remember “Do not believe in fortune-telling, yet never be without it.”
